Services: <em>Information, education and support services</em> include:<br /> Counselling unit:<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provides individual counselling, telephone and face-to-face counselling, information about drug/alcohol use in families, intake and assessment, drug and alcohol use counselling, family counselling and support, self-help groups of different types designed to meet family members' differing needs, family conflict resolution and mediation service, ongoing care management, referrals to other appropriate services.<br /> <br /> Spiritual Care:<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Parish liaison/community development: support to parishes, facilitation and co-ordination of community development workers, selects/trains/allocates/supports volunteer workers, peer group support through advice and material support to other non-profit groups working in the drug and alcohol field<br /> <br /> Education:<br /> Skills to minimise harmful drug use, information about drugs and their effects and available services, strategies for coping with problematic drug use
