Community Based holistic Palliative Care services caring for people with a terminal illness and their families.
Mercy Hospice Inc. is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient.
COMMUNITY BASED PALLIATIVE CARE services include: a specialised palliative care physician specialised palliative care nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 12 inpatient beds at Werribee Mercy pilot day hospice in partnership with Western Health using a socialisation model counselling and social welfare assistance pastoral care music therapy trained volunteers bereavement care speakers for community education community networking loan of medical equipment.
