CSSV 2020 Mission Inspired Leadership program invitation
In the light of the general uncertainty caused by the disruption to events and services due to public health guidelines and the state of emergency that has been declared in Victoria in response to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Catholic Social Services Victoria has postponed calendared events for the coming months.
Our 2020 program of Mission Inspired Leadership evenings will now be re-scheduled to Thursdays later in the year as follows:
27 August; 24 September; 29 October; 26 November. This program is going into its sixth year and continues to provide a four-night sequence of monthly workshops which offer stimulating and relevant professional development for organisational leaders and Board Directors across the Catholic social services sector and with other affiliated organisations within health and education.
Four key professionals over the course of the program will lead reflection and dialogue with participants in connecting critical decision-making to mission and purpose within the Catholic social services context.
Previous participants have found the program….”Challenged our thinking of priorities & focus. Very relevant questions to consider without having the answers. Inspiring session challenging us to think beyond day to day……. The conceptual was clearly linked to positive action. It helped me to understand potential organisational paths to mission. There are different structures - processes I can think about where I can influence discussion of the bigger moral issues.”
Bookings are open for this program and can be found on the flyer for this event. Please consider inviting your relevant personnel to be part of this experience, and particularly any newer Board Directors or more senior managers.
