Walking on The Land with Catholic Social Teaching 29 August 2019
You are invited to participate in the next Walking the Land with Catholic Social Teaching workshop on Thursday 29 August 2019. This workshop will begin with a guided Yarra River walk at Amberley Centre, 7 Amberley Way, Lower Plenty.
The river workshop provides a practical experience of applying the principles of Catholic Social Teaching to promote the flourishing of creation and the building of a more just and compassionate society. Come along for a day of personal challenge and enrichment, which will resource you to work with others for a deeper integration into your work of these fundamental principles. Join with colleagues from across the Catholic social services sector for a day or networking and resourcing.
Those attending will explore a range of new perspectives of the guiding principles of Catholic Social Teaching under the banner of Pope Francis' "integral Ecology".
CEM Approved Professional Development program for the purpose of Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School: Code REC-009924 for 6 Hours.
