Ecumenical service of remembrance for victims and survivors of domestic violence - 26 November

'Holding the Light', an ecumenical service of remembrance for victims and survivors of domestic violence will be held on Sunday 26 November from 2.30pm - 3.30pm at St Peter's Church, 15 Gisborne St, East Melbourne, to remember those who have been killed this year through family violence.
 
The service is being co-hosted by St Peter’s Eastern Hill, and the Anglican Mother’s Union Melbourne, with representatives of other faith-based groups who are engaged with preventing family violence, also expected to attend. The event is designed to be a faith-based contribution to the United Nations '16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
 
Light refreshments will be provided after the service.
