Following the success of our inaugural Parish Services Expo held last year in Cheltenham, Catholic Social Services Victoria invites you to participate in, and attend its second expo at St Francis Xavier parish in Montmorency on Saturday 6 May 2017, from 9.30am to 1.30 pm.

Victorian Bishops ask Victorians to continue to love and care for those who are sick and suffering rather than abandoning them to euthanasia or supporting them to suicide. Click here for the pastoral letter from the Victorian Bishops.

As we reflect on the Easter story, let us pray that Easter blessings will flow to all people seeking asylum. In his presentation at our March Forum, Phil Glendenning AM captivated the audience with statements such as "Leadership requires voices to be heard and that’s where people in parish groups come into play. (Parishes) need to say we’ve got to stop treating these people cruelly."

"We have to advocate for the change we want to see, that will provide hope for people." Together, let's do this in the year ahead.
